**Job Summary** This role is responsible for the effective management of contingent labor operations across multiple business units. The successful candidate will develop close working relationships with recruitment agencies and assist managers in negotiating individual contracts. Key Responsibilities * The candidate must manage the mini tender process, ensuring that competition details are communicated to agencies in a timely manner. * Liaise with agencies to address queries and resolve issues promptly. * Maintain accurate records of panel members, contractors, and project information. * Cordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates and provide feedback to hiring managers as required. * Draft project agreements, ensure compliance with company policies, and initiate workflow processes as needed. * Verify timesheet approvals from finance teams and ensure accuracy in WBS numbers allocation.
