Care Assistant - The Role
Dublin based role
Carry out all instructions relating to the direct care of clients as per Home Care Plan
Deliver care support service in a caring manner which maintains the dignity of clients
Contribute to the protection and well-being of clients
Provide medication prompting as per Home Care Plan
Assist with personal care including washing, dental, showering and toileting
Prepare meals and perform light household duties
Document any care given and proactively raise any issues of concern and report as per company policy

Minimum Requirements
QQI Level 5 'Care of the Older Person'
QQI Level 5 'Care Skills'
Skills

Good level of English language – written and spoken

Pass Garda Vetting / International Police Clearance
Have suitable character references
Minimum 1 year home carer experience or related
