This role offers long-term career potential in a dynamic and people-focused environment.The Role:The successful candidate will play a key role within the Personal Lines team, with a primary focus on managing existing policy renewals, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. There will also be opportunities to contribute to business development by identifying and securing new client opportunities where appropriate.What's on Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusComprehensive benefits packageSupportive work culture with focus on collaboration and progressionOpportunities for continued learning and professional developmentA chance to join a values-led organisation that promotes diversity, innovation, and employee wellbeingKey Responsibilities:Manage and renew personal lines insurance policies, ensuring retention and accuracy throughout the renewal processProvide expert advice tailored to each client's insurance needs, identifying appropriate products and coverage optionsDeliver a consistently high standard of customer service, promptly addressing queries and resolving issuesMaintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and service deliverySupport team and business goals by contributing to renewal and new business targetsRemain up-to-date with market trends, pricing, product developments, and competitor activityEnsure all activity complies with regulatory standards and internal proceduresCollaborate with internal teams to share market feedback and promote efficiencyAttend client meetings or training sessions as requiredCandidate Requirements:Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a similar insurance roleMotor & Home experienceQualified to APA Personal Lines level (or grandfathered equivalent) with up-to-date CPDStrong knowledge of personal lines products and the Irish insurance marketExperience managing renewals and client portfolios with a customer-centric approachExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while also contributing to team objectives
