Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated theatre nurse to join our team. As a member of our theatre department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
* Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
* Collaborate with anaesthetists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Develop and maintain effective communication and interpersonal relationships with all members of the multidisciplinary team.
* Liaise with consultants, nursing teams, patients, and carers to identify and discuss nursing/patient needs.
* Maintain high standards of patient care and patient safety at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Registered Nurse in the general division of the Register of Nurses maintained by Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
* Basic Life Support Training.
* Theatre qualification (desirable).
* Evidence of theatre nursing experience.
