Duties: Ensure compliance with Safety Management system, EHS laws, and PSCS plans. Develop construction plans and support method statements, risk assessments, and safety permits. Perform H&S reporting, metric analysis, and update senior management. Maintain safety practices, oversee C. O. S. H. H assessments, hazardous control, and safety interventions. Conduct site audits, document results, follow up on actions, and keep statutory inspection records. Proactively manage project EHS, ensure sub-contractors follow EHS policies, and handle induction and training. Ensure project PPE availability and assist with accident investigations, communicating findings. Requirements: Relevant Health & Safety qualification. 3 Years+ experience in a similar role. Excellent knowledge of EHS Legislation. Ability to efficiently manage all EHS issues on site. Experience working on Data Centre projects would be advantageous. Proficient in MS Office.
