The Role: Sales Representative
We seek a Business Development Specialist to lead out industry sales for us. This is a standalone role where you will grow our client base outside the school sector, targeting corporate offices, industrial sites, and large organisations nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, facilities managers, and procurement teams
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across offices, factories, call centres, and large organisations
• Deliver professional presentations and tailored proposals to clients
• Manage accounts to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
• Represent us at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows
• Report on sales activity, pipeline, and progress against growth targets

About You:
• Proven track record in B2B sales (catering, foodservice, FMCG, or facilities management an advantage)
• Confident self-starter, able to work independently and drive sales growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Willingness to travel nationwide
• Full clean driver's licence (essential)
