Who should apply?
This role will suit a practice-trained Audit professional who is looking to step into a more senior, client-facing role with leadership responsibilities.
ACA / ACCA qualified with 1–2 years’ PQE in audit
Strong experience auditing Irish entities within a practice environment
Experience managing audit assignments and working with multiple clients
Exposure to Credit Union audits advantageous but not essential
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and develop junior team members
Commercially aware with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to Audit Managers and Partners, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services while supporting the development of junior staff and managing client relationships.
Audit Execution – Leading statutory audit engagements from planning through to completion for manager review
Financial Reporting – Preparing and reviewing financial statements in line with relevant accounting standards
Client Management – Acting as a key point of contact, managing relationships and expectations effectively
Team Leadership – Supervising, mentoring and training junior staff on audit and accounting assignments
Technical Oversight – Identifying and escalating areas of non-compliance with audit and accounting standards
Engagement Delivery – Ensuring all assignments are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high professional standard
Stakeholder Interaction – Presenting findings and reports to senior management teams
Continuous Development – Contributing to team development and enhancing technical expertise across the function
