We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day management, coordination, and monitoring of construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with project teams to monitor progress and meet programme targets.
* Supervise site labour forces and specialist subcontractors to maintain a safe working environment.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.
* Foster strong relationships with supply chain partners and subcontractors.
Requirements:
* 5–10 years' experience in a similar construction role.
* Previous experience in managing large-scale commercial/mixed-use development projects is beneficial.
* A third-level qualification or trades background is sought after.
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft software knowledge.
* Strong delegation and organisational skills.
* Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others.
