Your Role at a Glance
- Manage a portfolio of payroll clients with varying pay frequencies
- Process and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Handle statutory obligations including PAYE, PRSI, USC, and pension reporting
- Act as the main point of contact for client payroll queries, delivering exceptional service
- Maintain and improve payroll processes while ensuring compliance and audit readiness
- Support audits and contribute to system improvements within the payroll department
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience, ideally in a bureau or shared service environment
- Strong understanding of Irish payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- IPASS qualification or similar accounting certification (preferred)
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., Megapay) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask
- A team player who thrives in a deadline-driven environment
