The Payment Intelligence Organization
The Payment Intelligence organization focuses on making online payments simple and scalable for merchants. We envision a future where payments can be authenticated securely, contextually, and with least amount of friction, unleashing limitless opportunities for merchants. We own products like Adaptive Acceptance, Authentication, and Radar, which create fast and scalable services and intuitive user experiences.
We serve real-time predictions as part of our payment infrastructure and architect controls that leverage ML to optimally manage users' business.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive functional delivery of key team programs/initiatives.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to design, scope, and deliver new features and capabilities.
* Create project / release plans, and roadmaps.
* Own and execute software engineering programs simultaneously.
* Help drive product decisions to align with program initiatives.
* Help influence peers / managers and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity.
* Guide and manage the usage of agile methodologies to simplify project delivery.
You are a fit for this role if you have:
* 5+ years of experience in technical program/product management, software engineering, systems engineering or related discipline.
* A consistent track record of shipping products with broad customer impact.
* Not satisfied with just delivering programs on time—you operate discerningly about product architecture and lead technical discussions.
* Operate independently and lead efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones.
* Ability to understand how functionality comes together (across products and platforms) to deliver value for users, and identify/mitigate delivery risks proactively.
* Strong customer focus.
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrable experience with agile software development methodologies and productivity tools.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or a related field.
Preferred qualifications include experience in global fintech or payments organizations, AI/ML infrastructure, and complex regulatory & compliance landscapes.
