We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our service users.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clinical and administrative aspects of our services, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centred outcomes.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
 * To manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing team, including delegating tasks and providing guidance and support as needed.
 * To ensure that all service users receive high-quality care, adhering to our policies and procedures.
 * To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective care plans.
 * To contribute to the development of our team members, providing coaching and mentoring opportunities.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must have:
 * A current registration in the Psychiatric division of the Nursing Midwifery Board Ireland (NMBI).
 * A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in Mental Health, Care of the Older Person, Mental Health and/or Psychiatry of Later Life setting.
 * Adequate knowledge of psychiatric nursing administrative procedures.
 * The clinical and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.
