Pegasystems Consultant Role
Help organisations enhance business processes and customer engagement solutions using the PEGA platform.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design, configure, and implement PEGA solutions across various business areas.
* Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse processes, and propose optimised solutions.
* Create PEGA workflows, case types, rules, and user interfaces to meet business needs.
* Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-implementation support.
* Troubleshoot and resolve PEGA-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
* Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to users and internal teams.
