We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to lead the administrative teams across UK and Ireland. About the Role * Oversee and standardise administrative processes, policies, and SLAs across both countries * Lead a geographically distributed administration team, providing coaching and development opportunities The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in office or administration management. They must be able to manage high-volume environments with multiple priorities, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and colleagues alike. Key Responsibilities:
