We have a unique opportunity for a trainee or part-qualified actuary to join a company renowned for their excellent employee culture as a French Speaking Pricing Analyst. This role is based in Dublin and has a requirement for French fluency. The Pricing Analyst position is open to candidates coming from a variety of backgrounds and pricing experience is advantageous but not essential. This role comes with excellent benefits and very flexible remote and abroad working options.
About the French Speaking role
The French-speaking Pricing Analyst will join the company’s Pricing and Product Design function and will report to the Pricing Team Leader for the French entities.
Additional responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
* Analysing and reviewing the company’s products and their profitability
* Conducting stress testing and preparing and documenting pricing schedules
* Understanding customer needs and carrying out technical studies to update risk assumptions
* Analysing client portfolios and their profitability
* Performing experience analyses
* Developing software tools and participating ad hoc technical projects
The French Speaking Pricing Analyst role would suit a junior actuary with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. Candidates will ideally have experience in a pricing role but this is not essential. Additional requirements for this role include:
* Fluent French and English
* Strong problem-solving and numeracy skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills
