What you’ll do
Provide a Gold Standard Experience to your assigned accounts’ key stakeholders
Collaborate with the Operations team to provide current state, resources, and knowledge to enable Gold Standard Experience across teams interacting with users via support channels, external documentation, or product/feature feedback or development
Foster long-term user relationships that grow loyalty to Stripe and Stripe products
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and the user’s organization to implement operational solutions on topics including fraud/disputes, declines, product adoption, and global expansion
Collaborate with Customer Success and other user-facing teams to support users on Stripe
Lead user-facing meetings in person or via video
Contribute to the ongoing design of this support offering
Create user-facing content for long-term solutions

Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of enterprise-level client-facing experience
Strong product sense and ability to solve difficult user-related problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a highly consultative and proactive manner
Familiarity with APIs and the ability to explain API concepts to technical customers
Familiarity with SQL and ability to build and modify basic/complex queries
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to interface with technical teams
Professional, confident, collaborative personality; adept at managing relationships across business and technical conversations
Preferred Qualifications
Operations-minded with ability to identify and reduce process friction while building scalable processes
Experience managing small to medium-scale projects
Strong organizational skills and self-starter mindset
Experience with tools like Postman, xCode, Python, Webhooks, ETL
Experience in the payments industry

Office presence requirements vary by location and role. The hiring manager will discuss expectations related to in-office time during the interview process.
Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €72,000 - €108,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location. Benefits may include equity, bonuses or commissions, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends. Specific details will be discussed during the interview process.
