Surveyor - Property ManagementJLL are seeking a Surveyor for our Property Management team. We are the largest and longest established Commercial Property Management business operating in the Irish commercial property market.What this job involves:Identify, implement and execute added value initiatives across our managed property portfolioCreate, implement and deliver annual property strategy plans and building condition assessmentsFoster and develop key relationships with property clients, landlords, tenants, occupiers and chartered surveyor advisorsAssist with property management functions including building surveys and facilities management across the portfolioAssist on rent reviews, lease renewals, dilapidations assessments and void lettings to maximize rental incomeConduct building condition surveys, property inspections and compliance monitoringLiaise with the Property Management Accounts team in providing excellent financial management services to our clientsAssist with client reporting including building survey reports and property condition assessments for portfolios under your managementJoin the No. 1 Market Leader in commercial property surveying in IrelandRequired competencies:Property/Surveying Qualification essential to degree level (RICS/SCSI membership an advantage) & clean Irish drivers' licenceKnowledge of Irish building regulations, property law and health & safety complianceA confident and capable surveyor keen to take an active role within the property management teamAble to identify building defects, implement maintenance strategies and execute added value across the portfolioExperience with property valuations, building condition surveys or facilities management desirableStrong technical surveying skills with ability to read architectural drawings and building plansThe ability to work within a property team and on own initiativeEnthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated professionalStrong verbal and numerical skills, comfortable with technical report writing and building survey documentationExcellent time management and organizational skills essential for property portfolio managementThe ability to be flexible and work under pressure in Dublin's commercial property marketYou'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture in Ireland's leading property consultancy.Our Total Rewards program reflects our commitment to helping you achieve your ambitions in career, recognition, wellbeing, benefits and pay.
