Role: Orthopaedic Sales Specialist, Endoscopy & Sports Medicine
Responsible for driving sales and business growth within the Sports Medicine and Endoscopy product portfolio.
Location: Greater Dublin area
As a Sales Representative for Tekno Surgical, you will:
* Drive sales and business growth within the Sports Medicine and Endoscopy portfolio.
* Develop relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital procurement teams to promote Stryker's medical technologies.
* Engage in customer education, ensuring product adoption and satisfaction.
* Identify new business opportunities and support existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop skills to become a high-performing sales representative.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital staff.
* Manage customer accounts, ensuring high service levels.
* Provide in-theatre support, training, and guidance on product use.
* Oversee stock management, including instrument requirements and loan kits.
* Deliver product demonstrations and workshops.
* Support major sales opportunities and strategic initiatives with senior colleagues.
Territory & Team Collaboration: This role covers Dublin and other assigned accounts. You will work in a team-oriented environment supporting business growth and customer service excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience in sales or business is advantageous but not essential.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Customer-facing experience with stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
