Project Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful applicant will lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities, allocate resources, and manage project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams to achieve project goals.
* Act as the primary contact between the client and engineering delivery teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, or a related field.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
