We are now inviting applications for an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen brigade.
About The Role
As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining the excellent culinary standards our guests expect. You'll work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure consistency, creativity, and efficiency across all sections of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
 * Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards in line with hotel menus and seasonal offerings.
 * Supervise and support junior chefs, ensuring consistent training and development.
 * Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance.
 * Assist with menu planning, stock control, and waste management.
 * Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development and special events.
Requirements
 * Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or higher in a busy, high-quality kitchen.
 * Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
 * Excellent communication and leadership skills.
 * A passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.
 * Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
