What You'll Do:

* Lead the pastry section, ensuring top-notch quality and hygiene standards.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure flawless service and consistency.
* Mentor and inspire junior pastry staff.
* Maintain strict food safety and health standards.
What We're Looking For:
* At least 2 years of pastry experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining or hotels preferred).
* A passion for pastry perfection and a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.
