Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Affairs Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of the Regional Medical Affairs function, you will play a critical role in designing and executing a knowledge-sharing strategy to enhance distance learning, information dissemination, and operational excellence across the region.


Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate communications with healthcare professionals via internal systems.
* Manage data reporting and dashboard updates, ensuring accuracy and timely circulation.
* Streamline MAP processes for consistent, high-quality responses.
* Assist with other MAP-related activities as needed.
* Oversee and optimize reporting on study status to key audiences.
* Maintain and manage RWE trackers for EUR/INT-led studies.
* Support the RWE lead in additional project-related tasks.
* Conduct learning needs assessments and contribute to strategic e-learning development for Medical Affairs.
* Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to develop and manage digital learning resources.
* Delve training and guidance to enhance engagement with learning tools and platforms.
* Track platform performance and usage data to drive continuous improvement.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate best practices into Medical Affairs learning and knowledge strategies.


Essential Requirements

* An advanced degree in Science or Medicine (PhD, PharmD, or MD).
* A strong understanding of the Medical Affairs function and training/excellence needs, with at least 3-5 years within Medical Affairs or an equivalent role.
* Prior clinical development/operations experience is not essential but would be advantageous.
* Adult learning education or training experience, including design, delivery, and evaluation of learning platforms, is preferred. Previous experience with LMS is a significant asset.
* Project management experience in a clinical or medical affairs setting is preferred.
* Exemplary presentation and public speaking skills.
* Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
* A working knowledge of Smartsheet and SharePoint.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
* Able to work and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, flexible, and highly matrixed team-oriented environment.
