About the role
As a Retail Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and executing retail marketing plans across your assigned portfolio. You will work closely with brand partners to build strong relationships and develop engaging marketing campaigns and activations.
You will oversee the planning and delivery of activations to ensure they are executed to a high standard, and you will review performance after each campaign. You will also prepare reports to share results, insights, and recommendations for future improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the retail marketing strategy.
Build strong relationships with brand partners to enhance business positioning.
Deliver exceptional marketing support and strengthen brand trust.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brands and products.
Develop 360 retail marketing plans to achieve commercial goals, including new brand launches.
Plan and deliver retail activations using a Product Is King approach.
Manage activations end-to-end, ensuring quality execution and post-event reviews.
Execute events and activations that drive quality footfall to the business.
Manage the retail marketing budget and track activation costs.
Report on KPIs, ROI, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Analyse brand performance and identify growth opportunities through cross‑functional collaboration.
Partner with local and central teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and guidelines.
Lead, develop, and drive the performance of the Retail Marketing team.
About you
Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
Marketing experience, ideally in luxury, retail experience is a plus.
Proven success in delivering marketing strategies and achieving KPIs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
Strong understanding of customer behaviour and audience segmentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Effective project management with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
Fluent in English and the local language, additional European languages are an advantage.
Location: Kildare, Ireland
Salary: 55k - 70k
