Urban and Town Planning - Graduate Program 2026
RPS is looking for Planning Graduates to join our Graduate Programme 2026. By joining us, you will be part of a leading global multi‑disciplinary consultancy specialising in all areas of the built and natural environment.
What you will be doing
You will work with a high‑knowledge team of planning consultants, receiving training in project support and technical areas. You will mentor and collaborate through delivery of projects, supporting client relationships and contributing to the team’s success.
Who we are looking for
Be on course for an BSc or MSc in Regional / Urban / City / Town and Country Planning.
Hold an Irish Planning Institute (IPI) and/or Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) Accredited Degree/Master in Planning.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high motivation to learn, and a willingness to take risks and adapt quickly.
