Electrical Commissioning Engineer
An opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Commissioning Engineer to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor on a Data Centre project in Gävle, Sweden. This contractor has a strong pipeline of work for the next five years, offering excellent potential for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the commissioning activities of Electrical Vendors, ensuring they meet compliance standards and deadlines.
* Manage the Commissioning schedule, monitor progress, and provide regular updates.
* Participate in or supervise Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Factory Witness Tests (FWTs) for Electrical Vendors.
* Organize and lead regular Commissioning meetings, both internally and with vendors.
* Prepare and submit weekly progress reports on Commissioning activities to management.
* Work closely with Project QAQC and AP Departments to align on common goals.
* Monitor and secure approvals for essential Electrical Commissioning documentation.
* Supervise on-site commissioning operations to ensure they are conducted efficiently and in line with approved procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Previous experience on Data Centre projects is advantageous.
* Experience with an M&E contractor in the UK or Ireland is required.
* Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
* Hands-on experience in commissioning equipment such as Transformers, Generators, UPS, and Switchgear.
* Candidates must be eligible to work without a permit.
