Site Operations Manager Job
This role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of a busy waste processing facility in Dublin. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring smooth operations.
* Staff Management: Lead and coordinate picking line operatives, machine drivers, and weighbridge staff. Manage staff rosters, provide training and mentorship, drive performance.
* Plant Efficiency: Work with the maintenance team to keep plant operations running at peak performance. Liaise with plant suppliers regarding SLAs, maintenance upgrades improve throughput reduce energy costs.
