About the Role
MarketStar is seeking rising sales stars to represent our Google Chrome client as it expands within the enterprise sector. This is an opportunity to work on the forefront of technology with one of the world’s top companies.
What you will do
* Proactively seek and generate new business opportunities.
* Contact prospects through cold calls and emails backed by the Google brand.
* Explore new opportunities in target industries and personas.
* Present product value and identify client needs to suggest appropriate solutions.
* Set up meetings or calls between prospects and the enterprise sales team.
* Adhere to daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
* Achieve established sales goals and objectives.
* Advocate product and service value, building awareness of client’s proposition.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products and services.
* Share success stories with targeted companies in relevant industries.
What you will need to succeed
* Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken, read, and written).
* Highly driven with a passion for sales and professional growth.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
* Business development or sales experience (SaaS preferred).
* Solutions‑oriented sales aptitude and strong customer focus.
* Experience with CRM, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO and related sales tech stack.
* Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology.
* Self‑prospecting skills and pipeline building experience.

Compensation
Base salary: €40,000 per annum
Variable bonus component: €20,000
