to join our vibrant team at Mater Private Network in Dublin
In this role, you will:
* Contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our kitchen by implementing and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety according to HACCP principles.
* Demonstrate your expertise in various dietary requirements, including IDDSI Diet Levels and allergen awareness.
* Effectively manage inventory and ordering processes, minimizing food waste and ensuring efficient stock rotation.
* Maintain meticulous organization by completing HACCP documentation, labeling and storing food correctly, and adhering to cleaning schedules.
* Collaborate effectively with your team to ensure smooth service across the kitchen and restaurant areas.
* Be adaptable and proactive in handling unforeseen changes and managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues.
Requirements:
* Culinary qualification
* Minimum of HACCP Level 1 & 2 training
* Excellent hygiene practices
* Enthusiasm and a hunger to learn
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work across various locations and shifts
