Merchandising Support (Fashion Retail Focus) – 6-Month Contract Leinster Region | 3–4 Days Per Week Are you detail-driven, style-aware, and passionate about how brands show up in-store?
We're looking for a Merchandising Support professional to join our client on a 6-month contract, supporting retail partners across the Leinster region and helping bring brand presentation to life on the shop floor.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for visual standards, who enjoys working independently, travelling between stores, and ensuring every retail space reflects the brand at its best.
The Role You'll play a key role in supporting retail partners through high-quality in-store merchandising, brand alignment, and clear communication with the sales team.
From product stands to display areas, you'll ensure each location is on-brand, fully stocked, and visually impactful, in line with established guidelines.
You'll also act as a trusted point of contact for retailers, building relationships, gathering insights, and feeding back opportunities to improve presentation and performance.
Key Responsibilities Complete ***** store visits per week, following an agreed regional schedule Merchandise product stands and display areas to a premium visual standard Ensure stock levels are maintained, with particular focus on independent retailers Build positive relationships with store managers and retail teams Identify opportunities to improve presentation, layout, or product placement Flag any maintenance or display issues in a timely manner Capture in-store photos during each visit and share updates with the wider team Take orders from independent retailers and submit for processing Reporting Communication Ongoing communication with the Head of Sales and wider sales team Monthly in-person check-ins Orders and updates recorded via Excel or email What We're Looking For A genuine interest in fashion, retail, and visual presentation Highly organised with strong time-management skills Comfortable working independently across multiple locations Confident using Microsoft tools (Excel, email, reporting) Own car required (mileage expenses covered) Why Apply?
