Key Responsibilities
* Execute external maintenance and cleaning tasks across site, ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures.
* Complete assigned IFM works, including Helpdesk tasks and routine external cleaning duties.
* Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, road sweepers and pressure washers.
* Respond to emergency requests for building maintenance activities, including fabric damage, spills, leaks and drain blockages.
* Assist with site event set-ups, litter picking, road sweeping and furniture moves.
* Report maintenance issues to the maintenance team and notify management of supplies that need restocking.
* Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring repairs have minimal impact on end users or normal operations.
