(pro-rata) Role Summary We're looking for two IT Help Desk Support Specialists to provide frontline technical support for hardware and software issues, manage support requests through a ticketing system, and deliver excellent customer service to internal users.
Key Responsibilities Respond to and resolve support requests via ticketing system.
Troubleshoot hardware (PCs, laptops, peripherals) and software issues.
Log, update, and close support tickets accurately.
Communicate clearly and professionally with users.
Escalate complex issues when required.
Requirements Previous experience in an IT Help Desk or technical support role.
Comfortable troubleshooting both hardware and software.
Experience using a ticketing system.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
