**Job Title:** Communication Specialist

As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with service users, staff members, and other stakeholders to deliver person-centered Speech & Language Therapy assessments. Your primary responsibility will be to undertake comprehensive assessments using validated tools appropriate to the population. You will also analyze findings into Speech & Language formulations and summarize results in professional reports tailored to different audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct intake assessments and develop communication profiles that identify personal goals.
