Job Title
We are currently seeking an accomplished Human Resources Manager to oversee day-to-day Human Resources operations.
* Direct and coordinate the hotel's HR activities, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
* Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication among employees.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including advertising, screening, selection, and onboarding processes.
* Manage employee files, ensure compliance with statutory training requirements, and maintain accurate records.
* Coordinate training initiatives, disciplinary procedures, and handle employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
The successful candidate will possess:
* A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* At least 3 years' experience working in a senior HR role within a fast-paced hotel environment.
* In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and best practices.
* Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
