Kube Interiors are currently recruiting for a Showroom Sales Manager located in Dublin. Kube are a leading kitchen retailer with 8 retail stores throughout Ireland and UK with over 50 years' experience in the kitchen industry
Role Overview
You will be in charge of managing the kitchen and furniture sales teams within the showroom as well as being responsible for driving sales into the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody with a strong sales and management background to join the business and prove their abilities in an exciting sales focussed environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing the day to day operation of the showroom.
· Ensure the showroom is maintained to highest possible standards at all times
· Lead, develop and motivate the sales teams to ensure all targets and KPIs are achieved
· Work closely with all departments within the business to ensure the highest levels of customer care are given to our clients
· Develop relationships with interior designers\architects and builders in order to increase referral work into the showroom.
·Represent the business in a professional manner during site visits, client meetings and any interaction with suppliers.
Key Skills/experience
· Previous kitchen showroom management experience preferred but not essential.
· Previous showroom sales management required. Proven track record of managing a sales team to target essential.
· Highly motivated with a drive to increase sales and move forward within the business
· Excellent computer skills
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and organisational abilities
· High level of organisation and time management skills
Package on offer
OTE of €70k-80k per annum
