What you will do:Lead the development and execution of Stryker’s global workplace design strategy to foster a flexible, inclusive, and agile work cultureOversee design projects from concept to post-occupancy evaluation across multiple global locations, ensuring alignment with the Stryker Workplace Design GuidelinesDirect internal and external design teams to deliver innovative, purpose-driven workspaces that align with brand, values, and business goalsUse data from surveys, workplace studies, and analytics to guide design decisions and continuously optimize space utilization.Coordinate with Stryker’s Construction PMO team on project work to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standardsCollaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, EHS, Security, and other corporate functions to ensure cohesive and inclusive project planningWork with Stryker Real Estate & Facilities team to monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) and track the success of workplace initiativesSupport management efforts, communicating the purpose and benefits of workplace transitions to employeesWhat you need:Required:Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years’ experience in workplace design, corporate real estate, or facilities managementProven success designing and implementing activity-based and flexible work environmentsStrong leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex, global projectsExperience with workplace analytics and using data to inform design decisionsKnowledge of corporate construction management practicesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsPreferred:Relevant industry certifications or licenses (e.g., LEED, WELL, NCIDQ)Experience leading change management initiatives related to workspace transformationStryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
