Your role at Beacon Renal Sandyford: The Healthcare Assistant (HCA) will assist the Nursing Team in providing holistic care to Renal patients in an environment where quality, respect and compassion are at the centre of what we do.
Key Responsibilities: Assist nursing staff in providing high-quality care to renal patients.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional healthcare environment.
Support patients with daily activities, mobility, and comfort.
Prepare and manage dialysis stations, ensuring equipment readiness.
Monitor stock levels and handle deliveries.
Adhere to infection control, hygiene, and health & safety protocols.
