Procurement & Logistics Officer - Dublin (Aviation Sector) Location: Dublin Airport area Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday 7am - 3.30pm Benefits: Health insurance, pension contributions Our aviation client, a global turbine engine support company with operations in Ireland, the UK, and the US, is seeking a Procurement and Logistics Officer to join their Dublin-based team. From their European base, they provide expert support across a range of aircraft engine models - including engine repairs, lease return inspections, long and short-term storage, and 24/7 AOG services across Europe. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Procurement and Logistics Lead, the successful candidate will support the procurement, storage, and movement of parts, tooling, and equipment - ensuring compliance with company procedures and EASA Part-145 regulations. Sourcing and procuring materials for CFM56 series, CF6-80, V2500, PW2000/4000, and RB211 engines. Managing RFQs, purchase orders, and delivery schedules to support on-time engine repairs. Coordinating with repair shops for the overhaul and repair of engine components. Overseeing goods-inwards inspections and processing receipts in the ERP system. Managing shipments, including Dangerous Goods consignments. Creating purchase and repair orders via Quantum ERP. Preparing material quotes for engine projects. Acting as Health & Safety Coordinator for the facility. Maintaining housekeeping standards across the stores and surrounding areas. Managing tooling procurement and calibration schedules. Organising the shipment and receipt of engines and materials. Liaising with maintenance teams regarding engine preservation. Requirements: Certificate-level qualification in a relevant discipline or at least 2 years' direct experience in aviation spares procurement/logistics. Strong knowledge of EASA Part-145 regulations relating to aircraft parts handling, storage, and acceptance. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Full, clean driver's licence required. Forklift licence and Dangerous Goods training are advantageous. Previous experience purchasing aircraft materials is essential. Additional Information: Occasional travel may be required between Dublin and Shannon facilities.
