Clúid marked 30 years of operation in 2024. Through the expertise, professionalism and dedication of colleagues, leadership and Board, they have delivered over 13,000 social and affordable homes to more than 32,000 residents.
Clúid are now seeking three exceptional
Non-Executive Directors
to join their Board and help shape the future of housing in Ireland.
The Opportunity
As a Non-Executive Director, you will:
* Contribute to setting Clúid's vision, values, and strategic direction.
* Help achieve the highest standards of governance and oversight.
* Support strong operational and financial performance.
* Sit on one of their key committees
This is a voluntary, unpaid appointment with an estimated time commitment of 12 days per year, including five Board meetings and two strategy days.
Who We're Looking For
Clúid are looking for individuals who are deeply committed to social and affordable housing, are aligned with Clúid's mission and values, and who bring substantial leadership experience from complex, high-impact environments.
Successful candidates will have a strong track record of board-level contribution — whether as an executive or non-executive — and will demonstrate strategic insight, sound judgement, and a commitment to effective governance.
Expertise in one or more of the following areas is particularly welcome:
* Financial leadership and oversight
* Property services and housing operations
* Growth and innovation within asset management
* Community development and the charitable sector
