Location – Ireland (Offices in Dublin, Galway, Cork)
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of the sales function within a growing Facilities Management business.
This is a senior leadership role with real influence, shaping strategy, winning major contracts, and building a best‑in‑class sales team in a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment.
You'll lead new business growth across hard, soft, energy, sustainability, projects, and integrated FM services, working closely with operations and senior stakeholders to turn opportunity into long‑term client partnerships.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and delivering the sales strategy across the FM portfolio
Winning high‑value public and private sector FM contracts
Building strong relationships with senior clients and consultants
Managing pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance
Developing and motivating a high‑performing sales team
What we're looking for:
8–10+ years' senior sales experience within FM, Building Services, or Property
Proven success securing large FM contracts
Strong commercial and strategic mindset
Confident communicator and credible leader
Hands‑on, driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
