Key Responsibilities:

* Coordination: Coordinate resources, schedule tasks, and delegate responsibilities to ensure timely completion of the project.
* Timeline Adherence: Ensure the project remains on schedule, meeting all critical deadlines and milestones.
* Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals, including subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
* Supervision: Supervise team members, providing guidance and training to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
* Conflict Resolution: Address any conflicts or issues that arise, maintaining a harmonious and efficient working environment.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
* Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and senior management.
* Reporting: Provide detailed progress reports and updates, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
* Problem-Solving: Address any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders promptly and effectively.
* Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets specified quality standards and contractual requirements.

Qualifications and Experience: We seek a candidate with at least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, specifically within the Solar PV construction sector. Technical expertise, leadership skills, health and safety knowledge, excellent communication, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
