Recruitment Coordinator
The Recruitment Coordinator plays a vital role in the hiring process, ensuring seamless candidate interactions and onboarding experiences.
* Coordinate interviews, maintain accurate records, and facilitate communication with Hiring Managers and candidates.
* Support job postings across various platforms, monitor application responses, and assist with screening applications.
* Prepare and send offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation to successful candidates.
* Conduct pre-employment checks, ensure required documentation is complete, and transfer candidate data to IFS.
* Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate experience feedback, and provide weekly updates to HR and Hiring Managers.
