Job Description
We are seeking an organised and efficient individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our reception area on weekends. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, responding to their inquiries and providing them with accurate information about our services. You will also be responsible for sorting and distributing mail, managing phone calls and emails, arranging travel bookings, handling facilities management tasks including supply maintenance.
