Construction Manager - Residential & Conservation Dublin A leading Irish Head Contractor delivering new apartment developments and conservation / heritage projects is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their Dublin-based team. Role Overview: Lead on-site delivery of projects from start to finish Manage site teams, subcontractors, and programme Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard Coordinate closely with Design, Commercial, and Client teams Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Manager in Ireland Track record delivering construction projects in Ireland Strong background in residential apartments and/or conservation works Excellent leadership and site management skills Degree or trade qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline Must have the right to work in Ireland (no sponsorship) Offer: Competitive salary Long-term opportunity with a respected Irish contractor Dublin-based role with high-quality projects nationwide
