We are seeking an experienced Support Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth delivery of services and high-quality customer service.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of office administration
* Process orders and invoices efficiently
* Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory control
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
* Collaborate with suppliers and dispatch goods as required
Requirements
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
