We're now looking for a Warehouse First line Manager who will play an integral role in the logistics operation.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Manage day-to-day operations to meet KPIs (productivity, accuracy, cost, and service levels).
Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively.
Lead, motivate, and develop team members through coaching and performance reviews.
Manage attendance, conduct, and capability issues in line with HR policies.
Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Promote a safety-first culture within the team
Conduct regular self-audits to ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records for compliance and audit readiness.
Liaise with drivers and third-party providers to resolve issue and maintain service levels
Identify and implement process to enhance efficiency
Support change initiatives and new system implementations
Maintain high level standards of service and help to resolve operational issues
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
IT literacy (WMS, MS Office)

English fluent
Lean Sigma green belt, Desirable
