Senior Environmental Health & Safety Advisor

Due to continued expansion, we are hiring a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to be based in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the company's EHS Management System on the project
* Promote a positive health and safety culture on site with site management, contractors, and workers
* Monitor EHS compliance on site and generate weekly inspections and reports
* Develop, maintain, and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team
* Influence and coach the site team in implementing best‑practice EHS standards
Requirements
* Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred)
* 8+ years' experience in health and safety roles
* Previous construction experience preferred
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications
* Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
