Daily Responsibilities
* Supporting individuals with their daily plans
* Supporting individuals in the community
* Assisting with education, skills development, and personal outcomes
* Supporting with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, and family visits
* Adhering to all company policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice
* Working shifts 24/7
Skills Requirements
* Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required; training provided
* Social Care Worker: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline
* Relevant life experience is desirable but not essential
* Positive attitude and passion for supporting people
* Full driver’s licence or in the process of obtaining one
