Responsible for the technical implementation, optimization, and management of marketing technology platforms, with a primary focus on enhancing digital marketing capabilities through robust platform management, data governance, and stakeholder collaboration.
Support email development as a secondary function, enhancing the delivery of scalable email solutions to support CRM strategies and drive customer engagement.
Work closely with trading squads, campaign managers, CRM teams, and Product & Technology teams to deliver automated marketing solutions that achieve commercialobjectivesacross multiple channels and partners.

Whay you will do as a MarTech Developer:
Act as the product owner and solution architect across marketing platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS, and tagging solutions, ensuring platform scalability, integration, and optimization.
Monitor and maintain data quality and governance within all marketing databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
Lead the delivery of key strategic technical projects and platform integrations, overseeing the end-to-end implementation, and communicating progress effectively to key stakeholders.
Develop and implement platform-level solutions for marketing technology systems, ensuring that they align with long-term business goals and are scalable, automated, and efficient.
Act as the final authority on the sign-off and acceptance of marketing platform solutions into production, ensuring all technical requirements are met and the solutions are stable.
Platform Architecture and Integration:
Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to design and implement platform integrations across marketing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality between tools such as CRM, CMS, and other third-party systems.
Work with internal and external teams to create backend data integration solutions, including the necessary technical tickets and project management support for successful deployment.
Support the delivery of high-level platform innovation byleveragingadvanced tools and methodologies to extract, manage, andanalyzedata from marketing systems.
Data and Analytics:
Focus on high-level platform data analysis, using tools such asSQL, Tableau, AMP Script, andExcelto derive insights that drive continuous improvement in marketing technology performance.
Report on overallplatform health metrics, including system performance, data flow efficiency, and integration success, to improve the marketing technology infrastructure.
Ensure ongoing compliance withGDPRand other relevant regulations,maintaininga strong focus ondata protectionandplatform governance.
What you'll bring to the team
At least 5 years of experience in a MarTech, marketing platform management, or similar role with a strong emphasis on technology integration and data governance.
Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS platforms, and data management systems.
Proven experience delivering scalable front-end solutions within CMS platforms (ideally Webflow), including responsive builds, reusable components, SEO best practice, and integration with CRM, tagging, and analytics systems.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, SQL, and AMP Script, with foundational knowledge in Java, PHP, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
Demonstrated experience in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive marketing strategy and performance improvements.
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
