Legal Secretary - Conveyancing
Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Property Team in a permanent, full-time role. This position reports primarily to one of their Property Partners and involves close collaboration with a consultant.
About the Role
As a key member of the team, you will:
* Manage property transaction documentation and case files (via Practice Evolve).
* Liaise with clients and third parties.
* Draft and amend legal documents (Contracts for Sale, Deeds, Leases, Statutory Declarations, etc.).
* Handle Land Registry applications (Land Direct) and PRA registrations.
* Assist with mortgages, loans, Stamp Duty returns (ROS), and related processes.
* Prepare document bibles and manage data rooms.
About You
* Proven experience as a Legal Secretary in Property Law (Ireland/UK).
* Strong IT and case management skills (Practice Evolve experience desirable).
* Excellent MS Office and dictation skills.
* A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with new housing developments (advantageous but not essential).
