- Supporting operations/end user activities for Lab systems such as: Perform routine audit trail review, Access roster review.Support end user activities Manage Service Now request Performing /monitoring analytical PC backups Support vendor activities Author IT related procedures and Work Instructions.Support investigations/CAPAs and Change Controls.
