Offer description

HR and Recruitment Administrator role in large FMCG company based in South Tipperary.
Reporting to Senior Management and working closely with Group HR, The overall purpose of this role is The primary responsibility of the HR and Recruitment Administrator is to support on-site operational management in the recruitment of operational staff and the administration and execution of HR policies and practices.
Responsibilities of the role included but are not limited to the following: Employee Recruitment and On-boarding: Assisting and facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process from attraction to on-boarding.
Employee Records Management: Maintain and keep up to date all filing requirements in line with best practice.
HR Policies and Procedures: Assist with implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Employee Relations: Point of contact for Managers, detailing their inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, employment matters for attention at Senior Management and HR Manager review level.
Training and Development: Assist in organising and coordinating employee training and professional development opportunities.
HRIS Management: Support the function of our HR System by ensuring all employee files are up to date in line with GDPR.
As a Human Resource Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and the entire organisation.
Role will suit General requirement for Degree qualification.
Strong administration skills with an interest in HR/Recruitment.
Previous HR experience an advantage.
High energy, strong communicator and team player with strong record of meeting goals and objectives.
Be a self-starter, work under own initiative, good listener, assertive and highly motivated.
Good PC skills in both Word Processing and Spreadsheet programs is essential.
Familiarity with both presentation applications and database applications would be an advantage.
